Spruce Haven Recreation Area

Surrounded by large trees for a peaceful retreat and connected to the walking trail, Spruce Haven Park was bequeathed to the City of Melfort by the Howe’s family.   It is located at the intersection of Shadd Drive and Spruce Haven Road.

Spruce Haven Recreation Area is comprised of a ball park, skatepark, splash park, accessible playground, regulation soccer pitches, community garden, labyrinth, picnic area comprised of three picnic shelters (two with power) and access to water, washrooms, and R.V. waste disposal. 
 
SkateparkMelfort Skatepark
The Melfort Skatepark is a 15,000 square foot facility designed for all level of skater, scooter and BMX biker. 
 
Splash Park and Accessible Playground
We invite you to enjoy the day at the Splash Park and Fully-Accessible Playground. The splash park is operational from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm daily during the summer.
Opening in 2020 are two new regulation soccer pitches.
