Mail-In Ballots

All eligible voters have the option to apply for a mail-in ballot.  Applications for mail-in ballots will be accepted starting Monday, October 7th, 2024 until 4:00 pm on October 23, 2024.  Voters can apply for a mail-in ballot from home, or in-person at City Hall during regular business hours - Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Mail-in ballot kits will be sent out after candidates are confirmed and certified in late October. If you don't receive your ballot kit, please call the City Clerk at 306-752-5911.  It will contain a ballot and instructions on how to complete and return the ballot package.  It is very important that you carefully follow the instructions for completing and returning the ballot.  In order to be counted, mail-in ballots must be received by the Returning Officer by 8:00 pm on Election Day, November 13th, 2024.  Return postage is the responsibility of the voter.
