There are multiple ball diamonds available for recreational or competitive level baseball, softball or slow-pitch throughout the City.
Location
Spruce Haven Ball Park – Located near the Spruce Haven Park, the ball park consists of:
- Three softball-sized diamonds with groomed, shale infields. The main softball diamond has fixed bleachers and field lighting to allow for night games.
- One baseball diamond, with grass infield and shale base paths. Complete with field lighting, this diamond is suitable for midget and adult baseball.
All of the diamonds have enclosed dugouts and are irrigated to keep the grass soft and green during the playing season. The ball park also features a concession building with washrooms and change rooms and score clocks.
Kerry Vickar Centre Grounds – There is one diamond, located at the corner of Hatton Ave and Assiniboia Street.
Exhibition Grounds – There are three diamonds, located off Melfort Street near 7th Ave.
