The Elm View neighborhood is bordered on the west side by the downtown commercial strip and is characterized by mature homes and tree-lined streets. The neighborhood is near downtown amenities and local institutions including the high school, two elementary schools, seniors housing, a long-term care facility, and the Kerry Vickar Centre.
